AND ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS

A corrective Action System is a process that is used to correct deficiencies or failures in and on the work systems that is used to deliver products to their customers.  An effective Corrective Action System includes determining the root cause(s) of nonconformance, not just symptoms, the action (s) required to correct the problem and the tracking of measurements to verify and prevent recurrence.
